Aleksandra and Alisiya Komarova

Duo Komarovas Russian Federation/Germany Duo Komarovas – Alisiya & Aleksandra Komarova Duo Komarovas is a young violin duo formed by sisters Alisiya and Aleksandra Komarova, based in Stuttgart, Germany. Both attend the Baden-Württemberg Music Gymnasium and have been performing together from an early age. Alongside their individual solo training, chamber music has become an important part of their musical development. Both sisters began their violin training with Larissa Dolgova. Alisiya later continued her violin studies with Frederike von Gagern at the Stuttgart Music School, while Aleksandra received lessons from Tigran Harutyunyan and later from Fredericke von Gagern at the Stuttgart Music School. The sisters have achieved significant success as a duo. At the German National Competition “Jugend musiziert” 2026, they received 1st Prize with the maximum score of 25 points. In the same year, they won the Absolute 1st Prize at the International “Rovere d’Oro – Young Talents” Competition in Italy and 3rd Prize at the International Kreutzer Music Competition in Ghent, Belgium. Both young violinists have participated in masterclasses with Prof. Anke Dill, Prof. Stefan Fehlandt and Prof. Anna Kandinskaya. As Duo Komarovas, Alisiya and Aleksandra combine their individual musical personalities with the close understanding and natural communication of two sisters. Their shared musical work focuses on chamber music, the continuous development of their duo repertoire and international performance experience.
