Aleksandra Gawęda

A violinist from Kraków, Poland. In her hometown, she learned to play the violin in the class of Katarzyna Drak (primary), and Lilianna Adamska (secondary). In 2020, Aleksandra completed her school education with honours. In the years 2015-2020 she actively played in the Cracow Young Philharmonic Orchestra, with which she gave concerts in the largest halls in Poland and abroad, i.e. in the Netherlands, Germany, Ukraine and China. Ola is currently studying at the Feliks Nowowiejski Music Academy in Bydgoszcz in the class of dr Michał Szałach. She broadened her knowledge and perfected her skills on various master classes, among others with Wiesław Kwaśny, Karina Gidaszewska, Bartosz Bryła, Łukasz Błaszczyk, Piotr Tarcholik, Marcin Baranowski and Paweł Zalejski (Apollon Musagète Quartett). She is a laureate of many violin and chamber music competitions in Poland - Poznań, Lublin, Elbląg, Wrocław, Kraków, and abroad - Rome. Aleksandra is an active soloist, chamber musician and orchestra member.
