Audrey Zheng

Audrey Zheng was born on June 3, 2014, in Beijing, China. She began cello lessons at the age of four and quickly showed exceptional musical talent. In 2019, after moving to Düsseldorf, she continued her studies with Katharina Ullrich at the Clara-Schumann Music School. That same year, Audrey won first prize at the Jugend musiziert competition, marking the beginning of a series of achievements at regional and state levels. In 2022, she was awarded another first prize with top honors at the Gerd-Högener Competition. In 2024, Audrey successfully passed the entrance examination for the Robert Schumann Hochschule in Düsseldorf and was admitted as a pre-college student (Schumann Junior). She currently studies in the class of Prof.Nikolaus Trieb.
