Daphne Richman

Daphne Richman Poleg, 22 years old, Tel Aviv, Israel. Currently completing the final term, of a Bachelor's degree in music performance at Buchmann Mehta School of Music, Tel Aviv university, in Professor Hillel Zori's class. A graduate of Thelma Yellin School of art, The Israeli Conservatory of Music in Tel Aviv, The Jerusalem Music Centre which included, The excellence program "Huberman", the "Goldman" chamber program and the Young Israeli philharmonic orchestra. Winner of the Soloist competition for the Golden Baton concerts with the Saint-Saëns Cello Concerto No. 1 with the Israel Sinfonietta Be'er Sheva, March 2025, First place winner of Paul Ben Haim 2020 competition. First place winner competition of the Israel Conservatory of Music (2015,2019). Receiver of The Creative Excellence Scholarships program, America-Israel Cultural Foundation (AICF) (Sharett Foundation scholarships) with extra distinction 2019-2026. Ronen Foundation (2018,19,23). Part of the Chamber Series in the Tel Aviv Museum of Art. Played full solo and chamber recitals on "Kol Ha Musica" live radio broadcasted. (2018-2025( April 2024, received certificate of honor for outstanding achievement - the BMSM symphony Orchestra, and played in a few projects with the Israeli Philharmonic Orchestra. 1st principal cello in the Buchman Mehta Symphony Orchestra 2022-25, 1st principal cello in the Young Israel Philharmonic Orchestra 2019-2021, 1st principal cello In the Thelma Yellin Symphony orchestra 2019-2021 . Participant of the Keshet Eilon summer master-course (2023-24), was chosen to play solo in the gala concerts In Keshet Eilon, Tel Aviv Museum of Art, Altea, Spain and more . Participant in Geneva string academy summer 2024 and November 24. 2015-22-participated in the "Aims" summer festival. Played in chamber concerts with Boris Brovtsyn, Chen Halevi , Sergey Ostrovsky, Noemie Bialobroda and Hillel Zori. She participated in master classes with Prof. Peter Bruns, Prof. Danjulo Ishizaka, Prof. Leonid Gorokhov, prof. Claudio Bohórquez, Prof. Gary Hoffman, Prof. Frans Helmerson, Prof Amit Peled, Prof Hans Jürgen Jensen, Prof. Jens Peter Maintz, Prof Orfeo Mandozzi, Prof Emmanuel Gruber, Prof Alessandro Adriani, and in Prof Yitzhak Perlman's Genesis program
