Margarita Cherenkova was born in the village of Gorokhovets, Russia. She began studying saxophone at the age of 16, having previously studied piano at the village school.

Taras Makhno – his life has been intertwined with music from early childhood. In 2018, he moved from Ukraine to Germany and settled in North Rhine-Westphalia. His first accordion teacher was his father, and thanks to him, Taras was able to explore the diverse world of music. His mother studied voice and performed at various events. From the age of five, Taras participated in concerts, regional and international competitions, as well as family performances. During this time, he spent eight years in music school, where he studied accordion and piano as a secondary instrument. In 2010, he enrolled in a music school, where he was able to further develop his musical skills in his hometown. From 2014, he studied at the Academy of Musical Arts, where his professor, Igor Snegkov, helped him to further refine his musical talents. Since October 2018, he has been studying in Essen, where he has been able to view the accordion from a different “perspective.” He is very grateful to his professor, Mie Miki, for this experience.

The "ConBrio" Duo has performed concerts at the Berlin Philharmonic, the Elbphilharmonie, the Rudolf Oetker Hall (all in Germany), as well as at the Peace Festival at the Brandenburg Gate in Berlin. Each year, we give over 60 concerts across various parts of Europe. In the summer, we are always honored guests at different festivals.

ConBrio is a dynamic and passionate duo in musical expression that has often gifted listeners with unforgettable emotions. The sound of the saxophone, often called the "human voice among instruments" by music lovers, combined with the accordion, brings a new depth to the musical experience. Their performance is like fire and flame or storm and silence, capable of quickening the heartbeat even of the most composed listeners.
