Elena Ka-Yan Gioachin

Elena Gioachin, 12, studies piano with Peyhwan Kuan and began competing less than a year ago. In 2025, she won the Gold Award and Overall Champion at the Hong Kong Piano Festival International Youth Piano Competition and earned Third Place in the Chinese Music Award – Piano Group B at the United States International Music Competition (USIMC). She also received Second Place in the America Youth Talent International Music Competition (Junior Division II) and both the Gold Prize and Expressive Musical Genius Special Prize in the Global Genius Music Competition (Spring 2025). Outside of music, Elena enjoys reading and swimming.
