Elsa Li

Xingyao (Elsa) Li was born in 2011 and began studying piano at the age of five with Dan Wei. In 2021, she joined the Rising Stars program at the Sydney Conservatorium of Music, where she studies under Natalia Ricci. Elsa is in the program’s top Premier level and was the recipient of the Highest Achievement Award for Rising Stars auditionees. As a Rising Stars scholar, Elsa was awarded the Kathleen Holmes McCrea Pianoforte Scholarship. In 2023, she performed in the Sydney International Piano Competition Showcase, receiving high praise from the judges.
