Enxu Zhang

Enxu Zhang, at the age of twelve started his piano studies in the Middle School Attached to Tianjin Conservatory of Music in the class of prof. Xiuqing Li, in the same time also studied with Dongli Mao from Central Conservatory of Music and received scholarship during his musical education. Three years later he passed exam to program “Young Academy” in Karol Szymanowski’s Music Academy in Katowice in the class of Łukasz Trepczyński and started his university studies in 2019. During his musical education, He has performed concerts in many places, in China such as Beijing, Tianjing, Hongkong, and also in Europe such as Antonin, Sosnowiec and Philharmonic Hall in Katowice. In 2020, He also took part in online concert series “The 32 Piano Sonatas by Ludwig van Beethoven, the 250th anniversary of the composer’s birth” organized by Music Academy in Katowice. In 2019 he has received the distinction at the 15th International Piano Competition“Chopin for the youngest” in Antonin, Poland. He also participated in master classes, working with such artists as Klaus Bäßler, Marleen Bäßler, Thomas Just, Stepan Simonian, Andrzej Artykiewicz and Katarzyna Popowa-Zydroń.
