Evangelia Tsiantzi-Mante

Evangelia (Evelina) Tsiantzi-Mante was born in Greece in 2007 and she has been living in Santorini. She started piano lessons at the age of 5. In July 2019 she appeared as a Rising Star in the 6th Aegean Arts International Festival in Crete, Greece. She has taken piano masterclasses with great pianists such as Cyprien Katsaris, George-Emmanuel Lazaridis and Domna Evnouchidou. During 2020-2021 studied systematically with the worldwide renowned pianist Cyprien Katsaris. Her piano awards include: ⦁ 2nd Prize in 'Muse International Music Competition 2018' ⦁ 3nd Prize in 'Muse International Music Competition 2019' ⦁ 1st Prize in Pan-Hellenic Piano Competition 'Tassos Pappas' 2019 (12 y.o.) in the age cat. of 11-16 years old ⦁ Honorable Mention with very good results in the International Piano Competition 'Rising Stars Grand Prix Βerlin 2019' ⦁ 3rd Prize in 'Fujairah International Piano Competition 2020' (Jury: Irene Veneziano, Ichin Nyamaa, Galina Zhukova) ⦁ 2 Special Awards in 'Chopin Avenue International Piano Competition 2020' : - the Special Diploma for 'Outstanding Interpretation of a Chopin Work' from Fryderyk Chopin Society in Warsaw (juror Prof. Bronislawa Kawalla) & - the 'Special Award by the Consul General of the Republic of Poland in Hong Kong', which was given to the candidate with the highest potential for future development ⦁ Special Award in 'Chopin Avenue International Piano Competition 2021'
