Ginevra Lombardo

Ginevra Lombardo is a young cellist, born in Palermo in 2005. She starts her music studies at five years old, following the courses of the Kandinskij Music School under Adriano Fazio and Carmelo Nicotra. From 2012 to 2020 she plays in the Kandinskij Young Orchestra. She is admitted to the conservatoire of Palermo in 2022 In a BA Cello Course, studying before under Marco Radaelli and then Egidio Eronico. In 2023 and 2024 she performed as a soloist for the XXXII and XXXIII seasons of the Kandinskij association of Palermo, taking part in the concerts of the camera orchestra of the same association. She has taken part in the baroque masterclasses of Nick Robinson. In 2025 she performed the four seasons with the orchestra delle due sicilie at the Politeama Theatre. In 2026 she wins the First Price in the National Competition B.Albanese of Caccamo (Pa). Since 2024 she has taken part in the summer international courses of higher education of the Pinerolo Music Academy in the class of Enrico Bronzi.
