Hayden You

Hayden started learning cello at the age of 6, and has continued his studies till the present day. So far, he has built up an impressive record of masterclasses and performances with world-class musicians which include Alexander Chaushian, Bartholomew LaFollette, Matthijs Broersma, Una Cho, Hannah Roberts and many more. He joined the Yehudi Menuhin School in 2019 to study music under various different professors such as Adrian Brendel, Thomas Carroll and Matthijs Broersma for 4 years, and was handed the opportunity to perform in variable locations whether it be in a care home, luxuriant venues such as the Hurlingham Club or The Menuhin Hall. In the year of 2024, he recently gained a place in the National Youth Orchestra to broaden his orchestral experiences. With NYO, he has toured the UK, including performances at the Royal Concert Hall in Nottingham and the Barbican Centre. Their biggest highlight will be performing as an item of the BBC Proms in the Royal Albert Hall.
