Hideki Shinohara

Hideki Shinohara was born in 1971, He began his piano study at the age of 3. Now he studies privately with Mr. Rintaro Omi (studied at the State University of Music and Performing Arts Stuttgart etc. in Germany) and Mrs. Megumi Ikeda (studied at the Gnessin Academy of Music in Russia). He also had lessons with Mr. Andrey Shibko and Mr. Konstantin Shamray. He got many prizes in competition, Including Gold Prize and Jury’s Special Award at the European International Piano Competition in Japan (2018), Second Prize at the 43th PTNA Competition at Grandmuse B2 category (2019), Silver Prize at the 21th Chopin International Piano Competition in ASIA at Chopinist A category (2020), Gold Prize & “Soloist” Prize at the 22th Chopin International Piano Competition in ASIA at Chopinist B category (2021).
