huijing yu

Huiiing Yu born in Jilin, China. She studied clarinet under prof.Fanlei at the Central Conservatory of Music of China in Beijing. Currently she continuous her musical education in the clarinet class of prof. Barbara Borowicz at the postgraduate study at the Krzysztof Penderecki Academy of Music in Krakow, Poland. She is laureate of numerous national and international competitions such us: first prize at the The Eighth Vladivostok International Wind Competition (Russia, 2013), second prize (no first prize awarded) at the Muravinsky International Wind Competition (Russia, 2014), first prize at the China "Best of The Best" project (2015), second prize at the China Clarinet Competition (2018), The First China Clarinet Concerto Competition (2019), second prize China and Spain clarinet International Competition (2021), first prize at the OPUS International Music Competition (Poland, 2023). As a solist and chamber musican she performed in Asia, America and Europa in countries such us: China, Poland, Spain, Russia,Canada, Japan, Korea. She was awarded scholarship (BOB Education Project and Songqingling scholarship in China.)
