Isabella Liu, from Honolulu, HI, U.S., is a Punahou school 11th grader and a piano student of Dr. Thomas Yee. Isabella has won numerous awards from Hawaii Music Teachers Association Piano Competition, Music Teachers National Association Solo and Duet Piano Competition, Aloha International Piano Competition, Madeline Schatz-Harris Concerto Competition, Steinway Competition, American Protégé Competition, Orbifold Global Music Competition and Osaka Music Competition, Piano Competition Online International Competition For Pianists, France Music Competition and Grand Prize Virtuoso Competition. Additionally, Isabella has performed at Carnegie Hall and as a guest soloist with the Kamuela Philharmonic Orchestra. Isabella's passion for music extends beyond the performance stage. She is not only a remarkable pianist but also a community leader. Isabella is very passionate and outspoken about serving the community and addressing issues surrounding poverty and unequal access to education. Thus, she established a community service program (Music Bridge Hawaii) targeted toward lower-income families who may not be able to afford expensive instruments and lessons. Isabella's program is dedicated to equipping public schools in Hawaii with musical instruments through instrument drives, fundraising concerts, and online fundraisers. Locally, Music Bridge Hawai'i supports musical learning through the Music Mentors club, where Isabella and fellow high school students volunteer to teach kids fundamental skills on the piano, guitar, ukulele, and drums. Driven by a mission to bridge opportunity gaps in Hawai'i, Isabella works to cultivate spaces for musical enrichment.

Apart from her musical and community service pursuits, Isabella is also a talented young artist and dancer.
