Komijani Nicolas Eric (b. 2014) began studying piano at the age of 7 at the National College of Music “George Enescu” in Bucharest, where he is currently guided by Prof. Dr. Shwan Sebastian. He has performed in recitals across Romania, Germany, and Italy, steadily building an international artistic profile. In May 2026, he is scheduled to appear at the Romanian Athenaeum and again in Germany at Namedy Castle. Recognized for his delicate sensitivity, clear voicing, and musical maturity beyond his years, Eric’s playing reflects a refined sense of expression and stylistic awareness. His artistic development has been enriched through masterclasses with renowned concert pianists such as Aimo Pagin, Yuking Chou Brandenburgh, Lilia Boyadjieva, Vlad Dimulescu, and Adrian Suciu. He is a laureate of several national and international competitions, including the Romanian Piano Cup, Pro Piano Romania, the Carl Filtsch International Competition, and the Frédéric Chopin International Piano Competition.
