Lien-Jie Lee

My name is Lee,Lien-Jie. I am eight years old. I am from Tamsui, Taiwan. I began to play piano at the age of four ; with Yvonne Lee. She made me fall in love with music and playing the piano. She instilled within me, that piano is more than just playing the correct keys and notes. Instead, you need to immerse your entire body into the experience. Listen intently with your ears, visualize the music, flow with the rhythm but most important play from the heart. Her guidance and patience, has allowed me to consistently improve and push the boundaries of my playing. To continue improving and to be the best I can be; I practice each day at home. I dedicate two hours everyday to perfect my skill. My hope is , my hard work and love of piano is always showcased within my performances, so my music can touch everyone’s hearts.
