Lucia Boeck is an Austrian musician, composer, and arranger whose artistic profile unites performance, composition, and pedagogy at a high level. She completed multiple degree programs with distinction at the University of Music and Performing Arts Vienna, with specializations in composition, new music, and early music, and also studied at the University of Music and Performing Arts Graz. In 2024, she received the Prize of Honour of her alma mater University of Music and Performing Arts Vienna.

The piece Tornado is a contemporary composition for high saxophones (soprano saxophone transitioning to sopranino saxophone) and electric bass. It merges contemporary music playing techniques with elements of popular music. The work sonically portrays events that occur during a tornado.

Moments - Elegy for alto saxophone, piano and cello
Le Pont Japonais - Tableau d'impressionnisme pour saxophone alto et contrebasse
The piece Moments is dedicated to my ensemble Trio Con Cor and we performed this piece at a jubilee concert from our pedagogical department at University of Music and Performing Arts Vienna in December 2023.
I wrote the piece Le Pont Japonais after seeing the famous picture "The Japanese Bridge" from Claude Monet in the museum.
