Mustafa Kemal Onay

Mustafa Kemal Onay was born in 2008 in Ankara, Turkey. He began his music journey in 2016 through a local music course before commencing his professional studies at Anadolu University State Conservatory in 2018, where he studies in the violin class of Prof. Dr. Ezgi Gönlüm Yalçın. He has worked with internationally renowned musicians including Kerson Leong, Roman Kim, Itzhak Rashkovsky, Ayla Erduran, Ani Shnarch, Burghard Tölke, İldiko Moog, and Elvin Hoxha Ganiyev, among others. He has performed as a soloist with the Anadolu University Symphony Orchestra and the Bursa Chamber Orchestra. He was selected as concertmaster of the ÜAK SDEK Orchestra, comprising musicians chosen from every conservatory in Turkey. He took part in the DÇSO (Young Symphony Orchestra of Turkey) in 2022, 2023, and 2024. In 2025, he joined the European tour with the Turkish Youth Philharmonic Orchestra, performing at prestigious concert halls such as Elbphilharmonie (Hamburg) and Smetana Hall (Prague). Currently, Mustafa Kemal Onay is a 12th-grade student at Anadolu University State Conservatory, continuing his violin studies with Prof. Dr. Ezgi Gönlüm Yalçın.
