Myrsini Chatzikonstanti

Myrsini Chatzikonstanti is a Greek conductor. In June 2024 she made her debut at the Greek National Opera with the contemporary opera “Charlotte". She was awarded the 3rd prize in the 14th e Danube Symphony Orchestra. She was awarded the 2nd price in the 10th conducting masterclass & competition and the Athens Municipality Symphony Orchestra and she has been a finalist four times in masterclasses and competitions with the Athens Symphony Orchestra. In 2022 she was chosen to be assistant conductor of the Greek Radio Symphony Orchestra, working on Carmina Burana (Carl Orff). From 2019, she has been working as an assistant conductor in many productions of the Greek National Opera (La Traviata/Verdi, Werther/Massenet, Madama Butterfly/ Puccini, Les contes d'Hoffmann/ Offenbach). Last year she completed a short course at the Royal Northern College of Music. She has also received her MA in conducting at the Unversity of York UK with John Stringer and her conducting diploma in Athens Conservatoire with Lukas Karytinos.
