Noam Avidor Fuchs

Noam Avidor Fuchs is a Clarinetist, currently studying at the Ra'anana Music Center under Professor Michael Gurfinkel. He performs with the Ra'anana Symphony Orchestra, conducted by Professor Guy Porat and the Young Israel Philharmonic Orchestra, and has been a member of the National Youth Wind Orchestra, under the baton of Rom Shamir. Noam has been an active member of several ensembles both in Israel and in Belgium, where he participated in the Musica Mundi summer course, held in Waterloo, Belgium (2024). In 2023, he was recognized as a gifted musician by the Israeli Ministry of Education. Since 2023, Noam has been a scholarship recipient of the America-Israel Cultural Foundation (AICF).

Noam has achieved recognition in several competitions in Israel, such as the Aviv competition in Ra’anana, where he was awarded 1st place (2020,2021,2023,2024), the “Noshfim Kfar Saba” competition, in which he received the 2nd place (2022) and 3rd place (2024) and the “Music of the World” international competition, held in Jerusalem, where he was awarded the Grand Prix. Noam has also participated in several international competitions around the world and received recognition in all of them, winning the Platinum prize and a place in the top 5 performances of the season in the “London Young Musician” Competition (2022), the 1st prize and the “Clarinetist of the Year” award in the “London Young Musician of the Year” (2023) and the Gold Medal prize in the “Manhattan Music Competition” (2023).
