Peiyao Shan

Chinese-born Pianist Peiyao engaged in piano learning from the age of five. She entered a Chinese Musical School attached to the conservatoire and received professional musical education from 11 years old. After being honoured with The First Degree of both a Bachelor's and Master's at the Royal College of Music, she is currently continuing to focus the highest degree of performing artist - Artist Diploma at the RCM. She has been under the guidance of Professor Jianing Kong, Caterina Grewe, Gordon Fergus-Thompson (2017-2019), Galyna Popova (2011-2017) and Yuan Ling.

Peiyao was specially selected to perform at the Finale Gala Concert by all the professors of the Sima Classics as one of the best pianists, praised by Dimitri Alexeev, Piotr Paleczny, Jianing Kong and Vivian Li. The Knights of The Round Table offered her a high Scholarship and invited her to give a recital at the Middle Temple in London. She has graced prestigious concert halls in China, the United Kingdom and Poland etc. with an upcoming concert scheduled in Beijing.
