Rongrong Guo was born on Jan.18, 2002 in Beijing, China. She started to study playing Piano in her spare time when she was 4 years old and quickly showed her talents in Piano Music.

Prize Winning: She has got quite some prizes along the road of study. In 2012, at the age of 10, she won 2nd class prize in the Junior Amateur group of “The Eighth International Frederick Chopin Competition for Young Pianists (China)” in Hangzhou, China. In 2015, at the age of 13, she won the award title of the “Shanghai Little Musician”. She also won the 1st prize of the group of modern works in 2015 Shanghai Piano Open Competition. In 2016, at the age of 14, she won five 1st class prizes of five groups in the 19th Hong Kong-Asia Piano Competition. In 2019, at the age of 17, she won 2nd prize in the Professional Youth Group and two 1st prizes in the Groups of Baroque Period Works and Romance Period Works in the 5th Melbourne International Youth Piano Competition. In 2022,she became finalist in the 10th “César-Franck” International Piano Competition 10th In 2023,she won 1.Prize of both categories E,F of 3rd International “Gloria Artis” Music Competition in Vienna

Education Background: In 2016, she was admitted to IFF (for talented young teenagers in Music) of the Hanover University of Music, Drama and Media (HMTMH) in Hannover, Germany, majoring in Piano Performance. In 2018, at the age of 16, she was admitted to HMTMH as a college student majoring in Piano performance in the class of Prof. Alexander Schimpf. In 2022, at the age of 20, She was admitted to HMTMH as a graduate student with honors majoring in keyboard instruments(Piano).
