Sharipa Tussupbekova

Sharipa Tussupbekova, an Italian-Kazakh violinist born in Almaty in 1995, graduated with honors from the “G. Lettimi” Institute in Rimini and earned a Master’s degree at the Conservatorio della Svizzera Italiana under Pavel Berman. She further refined her skills at the Imola Academy with Maurizio Sciarretta and in masterclasses with Bron, Krylov, Amoyal, and Belkin. A winner of international competitions including East-Siberia-West, Dinu Lipatti, and Città di Riccione, she has performed in prestigious venues such as the Teatro dei Rinnovati in Siena, the Romanian Athenaeum in Bucharest, and the MIRO Gallery in Prague, and has collaborated with orchestras like the Czech Philharmonic Collegium and the West Bohemian Symphony. In 2020, she gave a recital for the Emilia Romagna Festival featuring the world premiere of a work by Nicolas Bacri. Since 2024, she has toured with Ludovico Einaudi, performing in iconic halls such as the Berlin Philharmonie, Amsterdam’s Concertgebouw, and London Palladium, establishing herself as one of the most promising violinists on the international scene.
