Weronika Sobolewska

Weronika Sobolewska, born on November 21, 2005, in Białystok, began studying piano at the age of 7 at the E. Młynarski State Primary Music School in Augustów, graduating with distinction in 2018 under the supervision of Anna Borkowska. She graduated with distinction from the State Primary and Secondary Music School in Suwałki, also under the supervision of Anna Borkowska. She is currently a second-year undergraduate student at the Fryderyk Chopin University of Music in Warsaw, in the class of PhD Konrad Skolarski. Over the years, she has developed her skills in master classes under the guidance of distinguished professors from Poland and abroad, including Andrzej Jasiński, Wojciech Świtała, Wojciech Kocyan, Carlo Palese, Tatiana Shevchenko, Joanna Ławrynowicz-Just, Paweł Zawadzki, Mariola Cieniawa, and Karol Radziwonowicz. She has received multiple scholarships from the Center for Artistic Education, the Marshal of the Podlaskie Voivodeship, and the Mayor of Augustów. Thanks to her participation in master classes and competitions, she has had the opportunity to perform in venues such as the Grand Hall of the Royal Castle in Warsaw, the Ballroom of the Old Spa House in Krynica-Zdrój, the Mirror Hall of the Staszic Palace of the Polish Academy of Sciences in Warsaw, the Concert Hall of the Academy of Music in Katowice, the ICDS Concert Hall in Łomianki as part of the "Masters' Recitals," the Auditorium of the Municipal Cultural Center in Łańcut, and the Romantic Palace in Turzno. In 2019, Weronika represented Poland at the 3rd German-Polish Festival for Young Musicians in Bremen. Moszkowski, and a prize for the best performance of a work by J. Zarębski in a recital in Brussels - 19th International Music Competition named after J.
