Flute solo for three movements 1.The bottom of the sea 2.The returning leaf 3.The squirrel The bottom of the sea For countless times, Human beings have reached the altitude of thousands of meters by plane, but they can only know the world of seabed from documentary, with knowledge as little as tip of an ice burg. Unlike the turbulent waves on the sea surface, the bottom of the sea is as quiet as a vacuum, but perhaps there are dangers lurking under this seemingly peaceful appearance. Is the color of the seabed dark blue or jet black? How many untold stories are there in the underwater world? Is that dancing seaweed, or a wriggling octopus? Let music be a submarine, sinking, sinking again, leading us to explore the mystery of the seabed. The returning leaf A gust of wind took me away from the embrace of the tree, and the world suddenly became blurry. The feeling of weightlessness made me dizzy, and it feels like time is standing still.The only sound in my ears was the friction of wind and air. Seeing that the ground was getting closer and closer to me, another gust of wind suddenly lifted me up. Once again I danced involuntarily in the air and then gradually fell down. For the first time, I touched the rough, but somehow fa瀀i濿iar st瀂瀁e f濿瀂瀂r. “Is this the gr瀂u瀁d I was c瀂瀀i瀁g fr瀂瀀 a瀁d 瀁瀂w g瀂i瀁g bac濾 t瀂?”, with that th瀂ught i瀁 瀀y 瀀i瀁d, I 瀀ade a few circ濿es i瀁 the 濿ast breath 瀂f the wi瀁d, a瀁d a trace of nostalgia for the high-hanging branches sprout in my heart. That was the short but life-long journey I made, before I go back to where I came from. The squirrel Look! Who is jumping in the woods? The fluffy squirrel rubbed against the leaves, making choices in her tiny brain. Attracted by the acorns, she harvested like a farmer in the woods; frightened by the sound of footsteps in the distance, she rushed down to hide in the bush. Sometimes we can only hear the sound of her passing by without even a trace of shadow, sometimes we catch her big tail slipping through the trees. Last second she looked left and right, next second she flustered, leaving her favorite acorns behind. In the music, the flute is used to play the keys to simulate the sound of the squirrel's paw rubbing against the tree trunk, trying to bring the agility of this little creature to life.
