
Zuzanna Sejbuk
Zuzanna Sejbuk is a young, talented pianist who began her adventure with the piano at the age of 5 under the supervision of Mrs. Hanna Urbańska in her hometown of Szczecin. Since 2019, Zuzanna has been studying at the Secondary F. Chopin Music School in Krakow in the class of Mrs. Olga Łazarska. The young artist takes part in numerous masterclasses with outstanding professors: Dang Thai Son, Hubert Rutkowski, Andrzej Jasiński, Pawel Gililov, Eldar Nebolsin. Zuzanna's pianistic potential, extraordinary technical capabilities, naturalness in forming musical phrases and attention to the beauty of sound, supported by systematic work and great passion, bring wonderful results in the form of laurels at piano competitions in Poland and abroad. Zuzanna has won first prizes at competitions in Stockholm, Riga and Estonia. Her recent achievements include: - 1st place at the 20th International Juliusz Zarębski Music Competition - 1st place at the 6th International Chopin Piano Competition in Turzno - 1st place at the 21st National Piano Competition in Konin - 3rd place at the Jeune Chopin International Piano Competition for Children and Youth Lugano - Grand Prix at the 7th West Pomeranian Piano Competition nationwide She gave many concerts at the Fryderyk Chopin Birthplace in Żelazowa Wola, the Krzysztof Penderecki European Center for Music in Lusławice, the ATMA Villa in Zakopane, and the Royal Łazienki Park and the Royal Castle in Warsaw. Zuzanna is under the care of the National Children's Fund and the Pro Musica Bona Foundation. She is also a scholarship holder of this foundation, she also received the Scholarship of the Mayor of Szczecin and twice the Scholarship of the Minister of Culture and National Heritage. In 2022, Zuzanna Sejbuk participated in the Morningside Music Bridge scholarship program for young, talented musicians in Boston.
